Healdsburg's IT department is at the heart of our digital infrastructure, ensuring smooth and secure operations across all services. In addition to supporting everyday municipal functions, our IT team plays a critical role in assisting police and fire departments by maintaining reliable communication systems, managing data, and ensuring quick access to critical information during emergencies. Our team also manages and analyzes geographic data to support urban planning and disaster response. Operating 24/7/365, the IT department is responsible for technology policies and projects that enhance public safety, improve service delivery, and support the overall functioning of our community.

Our IT Team


Healdsburg's IT team is dedicated to maintaining a robust and secure technological infrastructure, essential for delivering services to the community. The team is led by a Chief Information & Security Officer, responsible for safeguarding our data and systems against cyber threats.

We have two Systems Engineering Specialists who ensure our IT systems and networks operate efficiently and effectively, a GIS Specialist who plays a crucial role in managing and analyzing geographic data to aid in urban planning and emergency response.

Additionally, our two Support Analysts provide invaluable technical assistance to staff, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. Together, this diverse team of IT professionals works tirelessly to support the technological needs of Healdsburg, making our digital environment safe, efficient, and responsive.
