Message From the Chief

It is my honor and privilege to serve as the Chief of Police for the City of Healdsburg.  Healdsburg is a special place, and the Healdsburg Police Department is a very special organization of men and women who are deeply committed to keeping our community a safe and friendly place to live, visit, or work. 

Our success as a law enforcement agency is rooted in the strong ties and partnerships that we have with our community, other City departments, and our partner agencies.  These partnerships are part of our rich history, and we cherish and appreciate each of them.  We recognize that continuous improvement is always possible, and as such, we are committed to moving beyond the status quo and looking for ways to make this department and our community better for all.
