Healdsburg School District

Healdsburg Unified is a K-12 district, which balances the personalization of a small district with the ability to offer a variety of programs to meet the needs of all students. Healdsburg Unified provides a quality educational program to over 2,700 students in the area. There are two neighborhood elementary schools, one junior high school, one comprehensive high school and one alternative high school. In addition students are served through independent study and home school programs. An experienced and caring staff is supported by strong parent and community involvement in the schools.

What you need to know:

Hours	Open from sunrise to posted closing.
Parking	$6 per vehicle for day use, Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend through the Sunday after Labor Day. $5 at all other times. Special rates apply to buses or trucks carrying more than 9 people.
Restrictions	No alcohol is allowed in the park.
Dogs	Allowed - must be on a 6 foot leash at all times. Note: Dogs are not allowed on the beach or in the river at the park.
Facilities	This beach offers picnic facilities, restroom, and a man-made swimming beach located on the Russian River.

Highlights:
The swim area is usually available to the public from Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Visitors planning to use the beach should call (707) 433-1625 to verify that the beach is open. Lifeguards are on duty daily during the summer months only. Swimmers are urged to swim only when lifeguards are on duty. We recommend that you arrive early. The parking lot usually fills up by mid-day. Off-street parking is available nearby.
